Refund Policy for Elite Sanitation LLC

At Elite Sanitation LLC, we take pride in offering professional and reliable pet waste removal services. Your satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and how we handle refund requests.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
Service Failure: If we fail to complete the service as specified in the agreement or the quality of service does not meet the agreed-upon standards (e.g., missed pet waste, areas left unclean), you may be eligible for a refund.
Incorrect Charges: If you are charged for services that were not rendered, or charged incorrectly (such as billing for a service not requested), you may request a refund.
Missed or Canceled Appointments by Elite Sanitation LLC: If we fail to show up for a scheduled service without prior notice or without rescheduling, you will be eligible for a full refund for that missed service.
Service Cancellation by Customer: If you cancel a service request at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you will not be charged. If payment has been made in advance, a full refund will be issued for the canceled service.
2. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Reach out to us via phone at (620) 590-4496 or email at casey@elitesanitationpros.com within 24 hours of the service if you are dissatisfied or believe there has been an error. Provide details about the service and reason for your refund request.
Review: Our team will review your request and assess the situation. We may need to visit the site again to verify the service issue, or we may issue a refund without further action if the circumstances warrant.
Resolution: If your request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following are non-refundable:
One-Time and Emergency Services: Once these services are rendered, they are non-refundable, as they are considered immediate or urgent and often involve increased operational costs.
Access Issues: If our technician is unable to access the property (e.g., locked gates, pets not contained, or lack of access to the yard), a refund will not be issued. We will, however, try to reschedule the service as soon as possible.
Service Packages: Prepaid service packages are non-refundable after the first service is rendered. If you cancel a service package, we may refund the unused portion based on the individual service cost.
4. Changes to the Refund Policy
Elite Sanitation LLC reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers through our website or directly via email. The updated policy will take effect once it is posted.

All services must be paid in full before service is started by any of our techs.

All major credit cards & debit cards accepted
Cash is accepted but needs to be payed the day of service when a tech shows up before he starts service.
